FAQ
Will my galleries be private?
Depends on what we agreed on and what the contract states. Occasionally I use photos for promotion, but I discuss it with you beforehand also.
How do I pay?
Forms of Payment:
Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Cash and Paypal.
I do not accept checks!
To book and hold your date, I require a non-refundable transferable retainer. Which goes towards your session total.
The remaining balance is due the day before your session.
What If I would like more images?
You will have the chance to purchase additional images from your gallery.
What if I am late to my session?
Please just reach out to me to let me know you are running behind. I understand things can happen. If I do not hear from you, I will remain at the location for the duration of the session. You will not get your retainer fee back. If you show up late, I will use the rest of the time to capture as many memories as I can within the time remaining. If you reschedule, I will require a new $ 100 non-refundable retainer fee.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
